Pastors Rafael and Elena Estevez are devoted servants of Christ who have committed their lives to preaching the Gospel, equipping believers, and leading others into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Together, they serve as the Lead and Executive Pastors of Crown of Life Church, which they founded in 2013 with a vision to build a Spirit-led, Christ-centered community that reaches Bell County and beyond.

Lead Pastor Rafael began his journey with Christ at the early age of twelve. Before entering full-time ministry, he served honorably for five years in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the discipline, integrity, and perseverance that now define his pastoral leadership. He also holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from LECOM School of Pharmacy and uses his background to minister to the whole person—spirit, soul, and body.

Executive Pastor Elena is a passionate pastor, counselor, and mentor to many. Known for her compassionate spirit and deep commitment to intercession, she walks closely with individuals and families, helping them grow in faith and spiritual maturity. Her heart for women’s ministry, inner healing, and biblical teaching has been instrumental in shaping the spiritual culture of the church.

Together, they are the proud parents of two sons, Alex and Gabriel. Their ministry is marked by a deep love for the local church, a commitment to prayer, and a hunger for the transforming power of the Holy Spirit. Under their leadership, Crown of Life continues to thrive as a place where faith is strengthened, families are restored, and God’s love is powerfully revealed.
